About the Role
We're looking for a Revenue Operations Manager to own the full revenue funnel — from lead generation through closed-won and beyond. This is a strategic, cross-functional role that sits at the intersection of Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success.
You'll own full-funnel analytics, forecasting, pipeline narrative, and cross-departmental reporting. You'll manage systems where needed, but the real value is interpreting the story the data is telling — and making sure the right people hear it at the right time.

What You'll Do
🤖 AI Systems, Automation & MCP Infrastructure
- Design and build AI-powered operational systems — not just prompt LLMs, but architect end-to-end AI workflows that ingest data, process it, and produce actionable outputs across the revenue funnel
- Set up and administer BitSafe's MCP (Model Context Protocol) server — wrap internal company tools (Drive, CRM, treasury, product ops, Slack, etc.) behind a secure, permissioned tool layer so any MCP-capable client (Claude, IDE agents) can take real actions inside our stack
- Define and manage centralized auth, per-user scopes, audit logging, input validation, and output filtering across the MCP surface — ensuring no model ever touches raw credentials
- Build AI agents and automation pipelines for use cases like lead scoring, data enrichment, pipeline intelligence, sales enablement, and reporting
- Support lead scoring and qualification frameworks that help the team focus on the right accounts
- Integrate AI systems with our existing stack (Salesforce, n8n, Slack, Notion) to create seamless, production-grade workflows
- Identify opportunities to replace manual processes with intelligent automation — and own the full lifecycle from design to deployment to iteration
- Stay current on emerging AI capabilities, frameworks, and tools relevant to RevOps — including MCP standards, agentic tooling, and new integration patterns — and bring new ideas to the team proactively
