About the Role

We're looking for a Sales Director to lead strategic sales operations across target markets and drive revenue growth through strategic customer acquisition and relationship management. You'll develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies while guiding marketing initiatives, providing product feedback, and establishing customer success operations.

This is a high-ownership, strategic role where you'll make semi-autonomous decisions for your assigned region or market segment, manage P&L, and build the foundation for scalable sales operations at the intersection of institutional finance and Bitcoin infrastructure.

Location: Global (Remote-friendly with timezone flexibility)

What You'll Do

📌 Sales Strategy and Execution

• Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with BitSafe's overall business objectives
• Drive revenue growth through strategic customer acquisition and relationship management
• Build and manage a high-performing sales pipeline targeting institutional clients
• Develop and execute detailed 30-60-90 day plans for establishing and advancing sales operations
• Make strategic decisions for your assigned market with a significant degree of autonomy

📌 Marketing Collaboration & Go-to-Market

• Guide regional or segment marketing strategy in partnership with the marketing team
• Ensure marketing activities complement global brand strategies
• Develop compelling sales narratives and positioning for institutional Bitcoin infrastructure
